My name is Mike Swimm. I live in Chapel Hill with my wife and two daughters. My day job is running CandleScience with my brother. CandleScience is an online supply for candle and soap makers around the world. We specialize in natural and ecologically friendly products. In addition to doing a lot of programming and web stuff I get to build interesting machines and mess around with automation and robots. It’s a blast.

For fun I do a lot of programming and web stuff. My background is in sculpture and while I consider myself a “recovering artist” I still really enjoy building things. I don’t make a lot of music these days but I am very interested in the less dancey part of electronic music.
